Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left the hotel, everyone was so wonderful with us and we felt overwhelmed with all the kindness and superior level of service! My family and i had a wonderful experience and the hotel staff are simply amazing. A special shoutout to Mr. Anuj, Mr. Abhi and Ms. Maria for their amazing support! You guys were amazing in every way and we appreciate everything you’ve done to make this trip so special! I don’t want to forget anyone, but even the security staff were fantastic! I would give this hotel more than 10/10, but unfortunately I can’t! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Dubai! The service standard is above standard as i’ve been to many 5 star hotels in Dubai, i have to say, Le Royale Meridien have set the standard so high! Well done guys! whats your expect from a hotel? good staff? great breakfast?! amazing view?! fabulous pool and beach?! bar inside the beach? wonderful various restaurants in the hotel?! clean and big rooms with nice view with 2 times cleaning service in a day?! best choice of great travelers ?! so you don’t have any other choice except LE ROYAL MERIDIEN BEACH RESORT & SPA DUBAI

Last visit was 20 years ago, they maintain the same service quality, very large resort and big green fields for my son to run around and play football. So many sunbeds where you can find a nice location by the pools or on the beach without having to do extra effort to secure one. Play area for the kids, I wish it gets enhanced and kids club. You can ask for a cart/buggy ride to the beach or anywhere inside the resort since it's very large. I have stayed in the resort more than I went outside which I don't usually do in Dubai, good quality time.

The property is spotlessly clean and very friendly staff , however pool side service was hit and miss and kept having to ask for drinks , food , buckets of ice . It just got a little draining . The beach service was appalling , very little staff and not attentive , 2 occasions we ended up leaving and going back to the pool area , where it was slightly better but not great . The hotel needs to improve its beach service completely as currently it isn’t working for their guests . Would I stay here again ? , probably not as I’m comparing now to other hotels offering a much better overall service . On site restaurants were great , especially Rhodes twenty 10 and Zhenga , outstanding food and service .

Wow this hotel goes above and beyond, the service is exceptional. We stayed 5 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Very grateful to Jane on reception who upgraded our room, which was amazing thank you so much & to Farhad who arranged for wine & cake in the room on my wife’s birthday. All the staff at this hotel are so polite and do a fantastic job. Staying in a Royal guest room / suite is definitely worth paying the extra to be able to use the club lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks. I’m also gluten free and this was no issue at any of the restaurants / bars I used at the hotel. Will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend to others.
